Shipping Policy
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 5 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment would be made in 7-10 business days.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchase. However, we do provide an option for exchange in case of size changes only.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges will only be processed if the request is for a different size of the same product. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your exchange. Approved exchanges will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
Certain product categories may be exempt from exchanges, and this will be specified at the time of purchase.
